@ConnorPhillips Something doesn’t add up here Connor. You claimed to have the biggest show between 1030 and 1200 across NI. If so, why change a winning formula? Are the figures saying otherwise? Under the circumstances, radio insiders would view a morning to afternoon move as more of a demotion.

@RonanGKelly @RS_Belfast @bbcradioulster @BBCnireland Stopped listening to BBC Radio Ulster a couple of years ago, couldn’t have done without it in the 80’s, 90’s and early 20’s - but they had great presenters and journalists then.

@RS_Belfast @bbcradioulster I currently pay a fee to watch and listen to the BBC and will continue to do so, feeding back as necessary. As it stands (or possibly falls), @bbcradioulster output is getting progressively worse. @BBCnireland has lost its way and its one-time loyal audience - and they know it!

How does @bbcradioulster expect to claw back lost listeners when three of its main weekday presenters have been missing from the schedule since Christmas? A practice unheard of in commercial radio, it’s a good example of how licence fee payers’ expectations are being disregarded.
