But they are missing one major point. One month before Americans vote in the congressional elections, Israelis go to the polls here. And in Israel, this deal may do the exact opposite. For Trump, it may be sold as a diplomatic win. For Netanyahu, it could be the final nail. Because if this deal is seen by Israelis as surrendering strategic leverage, rewarding Iran, weakening Israel’s security position, or tying Israel’s hands, then it will not save Bibi. It will seal his exit.
