Is this sentiment where the darkness comes from? Drake seems to have found his edge again, but it’s Scary Hours for our story’s protagonist…

There’s the liberal and the conservative and further outside of the political spectrum you’ll find the leftist and the libertarian but if you zoom even further out you’ll find the revolutionary. The revolutionary pulls from all of these, carefully, while abandoning what isn’t in the best interest of the people. His motivation is not to serve the status quo or to improve upon it. The revolutionary’s goal is to burn it all down and start anew. That’s why there’s never any mention of the revolutionary in American politics today, even though this country was founded on a revolutionary war. They don’t want you know about that option. They want you strictly limited into the confines of left and right. Breaking out of this box threatens their existence. So it’s never mentioned, but whether it’s mentioned or not, whether it’s defined or not, the revolutionary is still alive. Maybe you know one. We’re politically homeless. But we’re outside and we’re plotting learning and looking, for revenge, from what’s been taken from us, by a system designed to exploit us. We don’t want a better seat at the table. That ship has sailed. We’ve been designated since childhood as the outcasts, the troublemakers, the bad guys. But really we want to free you. Even our captors. We want to free you too. And we will.
