@AmazonHelp Need help for Order ID: 171-2091859-7306709. While replying last mail from cs-reply, firstly I am getting one email saying mail received and they will respond in 6 hours but then I receive another mail saying mail was not delivered to cc, can u pls check what is happening here

@AmazonHelp This particular issue was raised with Amazon on 29th April and with Social media team on 2nd June, I don’t think we are any near to resolution even after 2months 7 days. I can’t even use or get product repaired as outcome is not known @amazonIN

@AmazonHelp Two times they took my details to call but didn't call. On 27th May after discussing it with CC, I have again written mail to cs-reply@amazon.in. I got a reply that somebody will connect within 12-24 hours but that also didn't happen

@AmazonHelp Sumit, Thanks but I have already gone through this cycle. After 4-5 messages the best help Amazon Help provides is it connects you with the team that may really help Social Media team and keep sending the same message. They can't even view what has already been progressed
