On behalf of all the Ministerial staff of @cbic_india, we thank Hon'ble Chairman Sir, Member(Admn) Ma'am and JS Admin Ma'am for decision of uniform implementation of OTR in the grade of Executive Assistants w.e.f 01.01.2022. The move will enthuse the Ministerial cadre of CBIC.
When Tax Assistant, Executive Assistant and Inspectors are recruited through the same examination i.e. CGLE then why LDCE is not being implemented for better promotional aspects to ministerial staff in @cbic_india ? #Ldce_Open_To_All @DoPTGoI pls approve the proposal of #CBIC
The Association is demanding for fast-track promotions by LDCE in @cbic_india since years. Finally the file has been sent to @DoPTGoI for this clause. We request @DrJitendraSingh to consider so that meritorious employees can get fast-track promotions. @DoptSecretary
रेलवे को गतिशील और सुरक्षित बनाए रखने वाले ट्रैकमैन भाइयों के लिए सिस्टम में ‘न कोई प्रमोशन है, न ही इमोशन’। भारतीय रेल कर्मचारियों में ट्रैकमैन सबसे ज्यादा उपेक्षित हैं, उनसे मिल कर उनकी समस्याओं और चुनौतियों को समझने का मौका मिला। ट्रैकमैन 35 किलो औजार उठाकर रोज 8-10 कि.मी. पैदल चलते हैं। उनकी नौकरी ट्रैक पर ही शुरू होती है और वो ट्रैक से ही रिटायर हो जाते हैं । जिस विभागीय परीक्षा को पास कर दूसरे कर्मचारी बेहतर पदों पर जाते हैं, उस परीक्षा में ट्रैकमैन को बैठने भी नहीं दिया जाता। ट्रैकमैन भाइयों ने बताया कि हर साल करीब 550 ट्रैकमैन काम के दौरान दुर्घटना का शिकार होकर जान गंवा देते हैं, क्योंकि उनकी सुरक्षा के पर्याप्त इंतजाम नहीं हैं। विपरीत परिस्थितियों में बिना बुनियादी सुविधाओं के दिन-रात कड़ी मेहनत करने वाले ट्रैकमैन भाइयों की इन प्रमुख मांगों को हर हाल में सुना जाना चाहिए। 1. काम के दौरान हर ट्रैकमैन को ‘रक्षक यंत्र’ मिले, जिससे ट्रैक पर ट्रेन आने की सूचना उन्हें समय से मिल सके। 2. ट्रैकमैन को विभागीय परीक्षा (LDCE)के जरिए तरक्की का अवसर मिले। ट्रैकमैन की तपस्या से ही करोड़ों देशवासियों की सुरक्षित रेल यात्रा पूरी होती है, हमें उनकी सुरक्षा और तरक्की दोनो सुनिश्चित करनी ही होगी।
We appreciate the efforts made by the Hon'ble member Sir & JS Admin Ma'am for introducing the limited departmental competitive exam in the RR of Inspectors. This will bring meritorious force in @cbic_india and help the nation in Revenue Collection. Hope @DoPTGoI will approve.
On directions of @PMOIndia to fill up the vacancies in Mission Mode, @cbic_india led by the Hon'ble @nsitharaman, has forwarded a proposal of One Time Relaxation in residency period for promotion to Inspector to @DoPTGoI Requesting @DrJitendraSingh & @DoptSecretary to expedite.
