Just looking at dept timetable. I happily teach any class, some harder work than others. My HOD only has set 1. I only have 3,4 & 5s. Is it normal HODs do this? Apparently it’s because he needs stress free classes to balance his KS5 Doesn’t feel like great leadership to me?
