@virginmedia how do I get to speak to someone in customer service. Your automated phone line is beyond frustrating

@Plusnet my previous BT phone line has not been cancelled.BT have requested you send a cancellation request over. My phone currently rings to the plusnet number. Please can you look into this ASAP and ensure this doesn't effect my connection and I am not overcharged.

@bt_uk It’s still slow today, as it has been for over a week. I have had two engineers visit, each time it gets fixed for c.2 months then drops again. You can read the file notes - GB17762788 id like the broadband speed I am paying or I’ll raise this with the @OmbudServices
