Today, we’re told we need expatriates to fix it.
Meanwhile, Istanbul Airport (IGA) is world-class — led by locals.

The fact that they need to be directed to do it, and admitting to it just speaks to how comfortable these servants have become. Doing the bare minimum but acting like they are going above and beyond their job scope.
