Yeah, I try to get assistance from you guys and you guys didn’t even give me a free ride for my next time for having to deal with everything. What kind of assistance is that and you guys don’t have any help in your customer service section in your app or a direct phone number that I can call somebody on.

@lyft I’m really disappointed in you guys. I ordered two different rides and neither of them were ever confirmed. I was just sitting in 35 degree temperatures for over 30 minutes just waiting with nothing. Then I went to complain and there’s nothing in the app and no phone # WOW

@lyft As you guys can see @lyft literally doesn’t care about anything that I had to deal with and they gave me a little five dollars really they didn’t even give me a ride free for my inconvenience today.

@lyft and on top of it I had to walk over 5 miles to my destination because of you guys. Thanks.

I am commuting the sentences of 37 individuals on federal death row to life sentences without the possibility of parole. This action is consistent with my Administration's moratorium on federal executions, except for cases involving terrorism and hate-motivated mass murder.
