@SwiggyCares @Swiggy I saw an offer saying “Place 1 order to get 70% OFF on the next order.” I placed the order and the reward now shows as unlocked. But no coupon appears, nothing applies at checkout, and “Order now” does nothing.

@SwiggyCares @Swiggy Hi @Swiggy, I’ve already followed all these steps earlier and also confirmed this with your support team. The issue still persists. The offer shows as unlocked, but no coupon appears and no restaurant is eligible. This doesn’t seem like an app glitch

I tested this across multiple locations including Delhi and Greater Noida. Support says no restaurants are eligible, which was never mentioned upfront. Showing an offer as unlocked with no usable benefit is misleading UX.
