It took my 12mins to show a guy starting out in ecom how to build a creative ad generator. We took 10 winning ads from his competitors and ran a prompt on them. His agency was charging him $4,200/month for 8 ads. Cancelled them. Now he ships 30 ads a week himself. Comment "PROMPT" for the ad generating prompt.

These Claude Code Skills are f*cking insane 🤯 A complete brand-to-ad pipeline that builds a permanent brand brain and ships hooks, briefs, scripts, and ad variations on command. All inside Claude Code. A system perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are burning hours every week on creative production that should take minutes. If you're still copy-pasting brand context into every Claude session, briefing hooks in Slack, writing ad scripts from scratch, and hand-building variations in Canva... This system eliminates the entire loop: → Brand DNA Builder scrapes any brand and outputs a full positioning file → Brand Voice Profiler extracts voice rules from the brand's actual copy → ICP Deep Dive runs autonomous research and pulls real customer language → Hook Writer generates 20 hooks across 10 DR frameworks → Brief Generator writes full creative briefs in your brand voice → Ad Script Writer produces UGC and produced video scripts → Variation Engine takes a winning ad and generates copy + image variants No Google Doc brand briefs. No copy-pasting context every session. No starting from a blank page. What you get: → A permanent brand brain Claude reads every time → Hooks, briefs, scripts, and variations that sound like your brand — not generic AI → A continuous test loop feeding directly into Meta Ads → One workflow that scales across every client or product Built 100% in Claude Code. I'm giving away the 3 foundational skills pack that every other skill in the system reads from. @CaptMarkKelly The Iran nuclear deal that delivered $1.7 billion in cash to Iran…used to fund proxy terroir groups and the Hamas October 7th attack?

Trump ripped up the Iran nuclear deal and created this mess. Now, he's putting servicemembers in harm's way with no clear plan and no Congressional approval. The American people deserve answers — and Congress needs to do its job.

Claude Plugins are absolutely insane for DTC creative teams 🤯 One install → briefs, hooks, ad copy, competitive research, and performance reporting. All running from the same slash commands, every session, for your entire team. Built to turn Claude into a specialist for your exact workflow. If you're using Claude for creative work but every conversation starts from zero — re-explaining your brand voice, re-pasting your brief format, re-describing your process ... Plugins fix the entire loop: → Install a pre-built Marketing plugin for instant campaign planning, content drafting, and brand voice enforcement → Build custom plugins with your exact brief format, hook framework, and copy rules → Add slash commands so your team runs /brief or /hooks instead of writing prompts from scratch → Connect Airtable, Google Drive, and Slack so Claude pulls live data mid-task → Share one plugin across your whole team — everyone gets the same quality output No re-explaining your process every session. No inconsistent output across team members. No tribal knowledge locked in one person's head. What you get: → Pre-built plugins for marketing, sales, data, and productivity — ready to install → Custom plugins that encode YOUR creative process into reusable workflows → Slash commands that trigger multi-step workflows with one click → Private marketplaces to distribute plugins across your entire agency → Automatic updates — refine a skill once, every team member gets the improvement Built 100% inside Claude Desktop, works with Cowork and Claude Code. I put together a full DTC playbook: pre-built plugin breakdown, custom plugin architecture, 6 workflows with setup steps, and the exact process to build and distribute plugins to your team. Claude Cowork is f*cking ridiculous 🤯 One prompt → competitive research, creative briefs, 15 hook variations, and a full performance dashboard. All saved as real files on your computer. All inside Claude Desktop. If you're spending hours every week copy-pasting between tools, pulling competitor ads manually, writing briefs from scratch, and building reports in spreadsheets ... Claude Cowork eliminates the entire loop: → Point it at your project folder with brand voice + context files → It asks YOU clarifying questions instead of guessing → It builds a multi-step plan and executes while you step away → It creates real .docx, .xlsx, .pptx files — not chat responses → It connects to Slack, Google Drive, Airtable, and 50+ tools live No copy-pasting between tools. No babysitting the AI mid-task. No downloading and re-uploading files. What you get: → Competitive research synthesized into actionable creative angles → Ad briefs, hooks, and scripts generated in your brand voice → Interactive HTML dashboards built from your own customer data → Weekly performance reports created while you're getting coffee Built 100% inside Claude Desktop with skills, plugins, and connectors. I put together a full DTC playbook: 10 workflows with copy-paste prompts, the exact setup process, and the weekly operating rhythm I use. I run my meta ads with @openclaw for $0/month 😱 here's the system that runs autonomously: step 1: daily health check → social-cli (major shoutout to @vishalojha_me) wraps @Meta's marketing API (token refresh, pagination, rate limits all handled) → am I on track? what's running? who's winning? who's bleeding? any fatigue? → the same 5 questions I asked Ads Manager every morning for 20 years step 2: catch dying ads before CPA spikes → @OpenClaw pulls daily frequency by ad → frequency > 3.5 = audience is cooked, CTR is about to drop → this one signal saves more money than any dashboard step 3: auto-pause bleeders + shift budget to winners → CPA > 2.5x target for 48hrs? auto-pause. no hesitation. → ranks every campaign by efficiency. recommends shifting spend. → last fri it paused an $87 CPA campaign at 3am and scaled my best performer 30% step 4: write new ad copy from your winners → agent analyzes what's working (hooks, angles, CTAs) → generates variations based on the patterns in YOUR top performers → copy modeled on what already converts in your account. step 5: upload ads directly to your account → new creative + copy → live in @Meta Ads Manager → no more downloading, formatting, clicking through the upload flow → agent handles the entire publish cycle step 6: content concepts + morning brief → spots patterns across winners and suggests what to test next → delivers everything to Telegram, Slack, wherever you want it → 90 seconds to read. reply "approved." done. input: your ad account + your target CPA output: an AI that monitors, kills, scales, writes, AND uploads your ads dozens of hours in ad manager → 1 text message I packaged the entire system as the Meta Ads Kit. 5 @OpenClaw skills: - meta-ads (daily checks + auto-pause) - ad-creative-monitor (fatigue detection) - budget-optimizer (efficiency scoring + shift recs) - ad-copy-generator (writes variations from your winners) - ad-upload (publishes creative directly to your account) giving it away free. comment ADS + like + follow (must follow so i can DM)

360 years. That is the collective Excel experience of my team of 30 people, in one room. I have personally used Excel for 20 years. Since the very beginning. We’ve spent decades "crushing it" when it comes to financial modeling. We knew every shortcut. Every nested formula. We thought we had reached the peak of efficiency. (They are better then me, just to admit) But I have something to tell you. The game just changed. In my opinion, we are witnessing the biggest innovation since Excel was first released. It’s not a new function or a Power BI update. It’s Claude. Specifically, Claude’s ability to build and manipulate Excel models. For 40 years, the "manual labor" was the tax we paid. Hardcoding formulas. Spending hours formatting cells. Manually linking sheets and building tables from scratch. That era is over. Claude can now handle the heavy lifting of building the structure, the logic, and the formatting in minutes. But here is the part that really surprised me: It actually understands accounting. It understands the relationship between a Balance Sheet and a Cash Flow statement. It understands how operating drivers flow into a P&L. We aren't replacing our expertise. We are finally liberating it. Instead of spending 80% of our time building the model, we spend 100% of our time analyzing the results. If you want this Prompt and Excel model, just drop a comment and I’ll send it to you. (Important: follow me so I can DM you!)
