Massie lost by a landslide ten thousand vote margin. Gallrein 57,822 votes (54.9%), Massie 47,539 votes (45.1%). According to longtime acquaintance JD Vance, Massie lost because he went off the rails after his highschool sweetheart and wife suddenly passed away a year and a half ago and he began voting against the party on everything. Joel’s take here is sharp. Massie knew it was coming. He was repeatedly warned the party would turn its back on him if he turned his back on it. But he became rigid in his isolationist views. So he set himself up with the Israel bashing and Jewish conspiracy podcast circuit understanding it’s a lucrative world, and he’ll be looking to capitalize… a sad story of decent into an awful world by a grieving widow.

This influencer asked this Texas bbq food truck in Japan to do a collab. Not only did he arrive two days early but he even brought another influencer friend unannounced. He then proceeded to be disrespectful, and spit out the food. His bad review is making the food truck now struggle. I never liked the idea of someone who is expecting free food in exchange for publicity and exposure. It seems rather one sided to me. Many times, the influencer isn’t familiar with the culture and style of food. I feel if he wasn’t used to the flavors and he didn’t like it, he didn’t have to be over dramatic about it and spit it out. He could have just said it wasn’t to his liking. For me he lost all credibility when he said the pork ribs weren’t even Wagyu when earlier it was clear he didn’t know what Wagyu tasted like when he ate the brisket. Wagyu is a breed of cow not pig, so in a sense he was right, the pork rib isn’t Wagyu. I feel he owes them an apology for his entitled behavior. It’s a shame their business is now suffering because of someone like this.
