Danielle's Legal Team to Judge: "Regardless of winning or losing, ADOR appears to be pursuing the modest objective of dragging the case out for a long time so that Danielle wastes the most brilliant period of an idol's career on legal disputes." "There is an aim to warn other NewJeans members that they could face massive retaliatory lawsuits if they do not cooperate." (biz.chosun.com/en/en-society/…)

Thomas Massie lost his primary race in Kentucky by ten points, and instead of exiting with dignity, he decided to sink into the gutter. You don't get to blame an entire foreign country just because the voters in Kentucky were completely done with your garbage decisions in Washington.

The influencer that was disrespectful towards a food truck in Japan is now facing massive backlash. He has now issued an apology for his actions. Let’s recap, he messaged a food truck in Japan and asked to do a review. He arrived two days early, brought a friend unannounced and then proceeded to spit out his food after he claimed he didn’t like it. I can’t help but feel that this is scripted and feels forced to me. I’ve watched his videos many times, back when he was first starting out I think he was genuine, he gave his honest opinion good or bad, but he did it respectfully. I feel as he got bigger in followers, he had to create some shock value to differentiate himself from all the other people doing the same style of videos. That’s why I think he started being rude and disrespectful to others, is to create a buzz around his name. I’ve always felt that I am entitled to my opinion, however I think I can express my opinion and be true to myself without maliciously bringing down others as well. I know many of these people are doing these videos for the money, that has always been clear to me. However I feel it can still be done in such a way that is valuable to the viewers while being honest at the same time as well. I don’t think people like him would even be apologizing or regretting their actions if it wasn’t affecting their bottom line.

This influencer asked this Texas bbq food truck in Japan to do a collab. Not only did he arrive two days early but he even brought another influencer friend unannounced. He then proceeded to be disrespectful, and spit out the food. His bad review is making the food truck now struggle. I never liked the idea of someone who is expecting free food in exchange for publicity and exposure. It seems rather one sided to me. Many times, the influencer isn’t familiar with the culture and style of food. I feel if he wasn’t used to the flavors and he didn’t like it, he didn’t have to be over dramatic about it and spit it out. He could have just said it wasn’t to his liking. For me he lost all credibility when he said the pork ribs weren’t even Wagyu when earlier it was clear he didn’t know what Wagyu tasted like when he ate the brisket. Wagyu is a breed of cow not pig, so in a sense he was right, the pork rib isn’t Wagyu. I feel he owes them an apology for his entitled behavior. It’s a shame their business is now suffering because of someone like this.

Former ADOR CEO Kim Joo-young, who succeeded Min Hee-jin, has left HYBE m.ilyo.co.kr/?ac=article_vi… Reporter Park Ho-min - After stepping down as CEO, she continued serving as an internal director until March this year… ADOR’s operating profit plunged as NewJeans’ activities came to a halt. According to reports, former ADOR CEO Kim Joo-young has completely left HYBE. Kim was appointed as the successor to former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin, who had been in conflict with HYBE. On the 15th, HYBE confirmed that former ADOR CEO Kim Joo-young officially resigned on March 31. Kim had first been appointed as an internal director of ADOR on May 31, 2024, and later became CEO on August 27 of that year. About a year after taking office, on August 20, 2025, Kim handed over the CEO position to current CEO Lee Do-kyung. Even after stepping down as CEO, Kim remained as an internal director and continued participating in company management. Before joining ADOR, Kim Joo-young served as head of HR at Yuhan-Kimberly and later worked in HR management at Krafton before becoming HYBE’s CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer). Current CEO Lee Do-kyung is considered a business strategy expert. After joining HYBE (then Big Hit) in 2019, Lee was responsible for establishing company-wide new business strategies. Kim Joo-young became CEO during a period when the conflict between Min Hee-jin and HYBE was intensifying over allegations involving NewJeans tampering and an attempted management takeover. When Kim’s appointment as CEO was announced, Min’s side argued that “the ADOR board unilaterally resolved to dismiss her as CEO against her will,” calling it “a serious violation of the shareholder agreement.” Min later filed an injunction request asking the court to reinstate her as ADOR CEO, but the request was dismissed in October of that year. After taking office, Kim Joo-young announced that she would reinvestigate allegations that Min Hee-jin had attempted to cover up a past workplace sexual harassment case and said measures would be established to prevent recurrence after determining the truth. As a result, Min Hee-jin was fined by the Seoul Western District Office of the Ministry of Employment and Labor for failing to properly investigate workplace harassment allegations. Kim Joo-young herself later became the subject of controversy. Hanni claimed that she had asked Kim to address workplace harassment issues, but that the response was inadequate. Hanni later appeared at a National Assembly audit in October 2024. A manager affiliated with NewJeans also filed a workplace harassment complaint against Kim Joo-young. However, the Seoul Regional Employment and Labor Office under the Ministry of Employment and Labor concluded that the submitted materials alone were insufficient to determine whether workplace harassment had occurred, and the case was administratively closed without charges. The turmoil surrounding ADOR is still ongoing. Last year, ADOR entered into a dispute with NewJeans over their exclusive contract. In connection with this, ADOR notified Danielle of contract termination and filed a ₩43.1 billion damages lawsuit against both Danielle and Min Hee-jin, with the trial currently underway. As NewJeans’ activities effectively came to a stop, ADOR’s performance sharply declined. ADOR’s revenue fell 73.4%, from ₩111.1 billion in 2024 to ₩29.5 billion in 2025. Operating profit also dropped from ₩30.8 billion to ₩8.7 billion in 2025, falling to less than one-third of the previous year’s figure.
