@crushedltlestar calories are calories it doesn't do anything for the loss of weight itself. it does digest quicker and can be easier on your gut, though. depending on what you drink it can help with bloating and discomfort :) generally for restricting its healthier to eat solids

do you think liquid fasting works? like is there a difference between consuming 500 cals a day as usual or getting that amount from liquids?
