@jumpsuit_jlm91 Show me evidence - actual TM account info. People flexing on social media doesn’t make it true. When we see accounts that already have tickets we deprioritize them in Request. Yes it’s not perfect (eg family with 4 accounts). But we do prioritize fans without tickets.

Hi Ariana Fans. We looked at Stubhub for every US event, and heres what we found: About ~80 tix were added per show in the last 30 hours. (Compared to ~100 in the 138 hours before requests were fulfilled). Tix are also still being listed. Read it all: open.substack.com/pub/aticketing…

A large batch of Unsuccessful updates regarding the ticket requests have been sent out. I know this isn’t a solution for everyone but resale prices are always expected to drop as shows get closer. Ticketmaster resale & stubhub are the most trustable with fan guarantees in place should you run into issues at the door 🩵 I’m so sorry to any receiving the upsetting news! #eternalsunshinetour
