@GENERALI - Generali Group made it impossible to get reimbursement for cancelled trip. My claim was denied without explanation, and I couldn’t get a response by phone or email. Very disappointing experience.

@cheapcaribbean been on hold for 100 minutes, spoke to a person got transferred to another department and was told I am #13 in line. On hold for 104 minutes again. All I need is a cancellation email, which was requested 2 weeks ago. Awfully customer service!
