I'm glad that the mistake that was raised several times during the original election has finally been addressed. I'm also disappointed about the lack of care for candidate welfare.

As a young queer member it's been disappointing how our youth and student wings have failed to stand up for trans members as their rights have been erroded.
Trans people deserve youth and student wings that stand up for them consistently and proudly.

It is completely absurd - and incredibly damaging - that the NEC would not give members in Gorton and Denton the opportunity to select Andy Burnham as their candidate.

The "protect our women" crowd seem awfully quiet on this subject. It's abhorrent that Musk is allowing women to be exploited on this platform like this and both cowardly and hypocritical that his UK fan club aren't calling him out on it.

For ten years we have been calling for misogyny to be recognised in our hate crime framework to help tackle the persistent harassment of women and girls. Today this government announced they would implement the protection from sex based harassment in public act in April next year.
