Bem cafea zilnic fără să știm prea multe despre ce bem. Arabica vs. Robusta nu e doar o diferență de gust. E o diferență de chimie, de efect și de alegere inteligentă. Arabica are aproape jumătate din cofeina Robustei. Asta înseamnă concentrare fără agitație, fără palpitații, fără anxietate. E cafeaua pe care o poți bea în mai multe rânduri pe zi fără să simți că ai intrat în modul "urgență cardiacă." Antioxidanții ei susțin cardiovascular și combat îmbătrânirea prematură. Dacă ești sensibil la cofeină, ai hipertensiune sau anxietate, Arabica e alegerea corectă. Robusta e altă poveste. Cofeina e dublă, efectul e rapid și puternic. Dacă ai nevoie de un impuls energetic serios dimineața sau înainte de un efort fizic, Robusta livrează. Surpriza: conținutul de antioxidanți e mai mare decât la Arabica, până la 10% acid clorogenic față de mai puțin la Arabica. Mai ieftină, mai puternică, mai puțin elegantă la gust. Și dacă alegi Arabica, alege bio când poți. Boabele crescute fără pesticide se coc mai lent, dezvoltă aromă mai complexă și antioxidanți mai concentrați. Fără reziduuri de pesticide organoclorurate care se acumulează în organism și interferează cu sistemul hormonal. Deci nu există "cea mai bună cafea." The new guys must understand one thing very clearly: if you do not fight for Hungary in Brussels, the Brusselians will walk all over you. Giving up our patriotic position and surrendering national sovereignty for money or political approval would be a historic mistake. Foreign elites must not be allowed to decide our future for us! 🇭🇺
