🕵️Are there other embryo parameters that we are missing? Morphokinetic parameters were analysed in 523 euploid embryos. Besides a higher presence of uneven blastomeres in the total #PregnancyLoss, no significant differences were observed according to pregnancy outcomes. #RaFJC

@Repro_Fertility Uneven cleavage in blastomeres is commonly considered a primary cause of aneuploidy. However, this data suggests that it may also contribute to pregnancy loss following the transfer of euploid embryos. #RAFjc #RAF

What about the embryo quality? All embryos in this study were euploid, meaning they had the correct number of chromosomes—but other embryological factors are relevant, too! #RaFJC

@Repro_Fertility On the other hand, among modified natural cycles, live birth rate was 64.5% vs 46.8% among HRT cycles.

📊 Results show endometrial preparation might make a difference: Live births were higher in natural cycles (MN) at 74.5% compared to 25.6% in HRT. #PregnancyLoss was 47% in MN and 53% in HRT. Could natural cycles be the key? #IVF #RaFJC

@Repro_Fertility The data shows that the way of endometrial preparation is extremely important. However, we may need to make a correction. Among live births, 74.6%were prepared with modified natural cycle, whereas 25.6% were prepared with HRT.
