Ok so there’s more to this story. Apparently this house is right on the border of an HOA community- but THEY aren’t in the community. They took their camper out to do some work on it, and the HOA tried to fine them to get them to remove their camper. As an act of retaliation, they’ve taken to breaking every HOA rule in the HOA they are NOT a part of. Hence, the yard, signs, etc. Can’t say I’m upset at them. HOA’s suck.
