I started peptides (Reta) because of my fatty liver. Fatty liver is estimated to impact roughly 25-45% of adults. Less than 2% of adults with fatty liver actually know they have it. My liver on my last ultrasound was 2-4cm larger than the average liver. I’m down 30lbs on low dose Reta (at 1.5 mg now) after almost seven weeks. If you eat right on Reta, the fat burns right off. You also don’t need much of it. Next month I’ll be getting more bloodwork and another ultrasound.

@Jungle__Jay Yes. You see more people strong in front (chest, quads), than in the back. Build the back half first. It evens things out better and protects posture.

The time has come. 💉 I have a hard on right now (but that’s from the Cialis and MT2) (maybe) 🤷🏽‍♂️ Down she goes boys. IM 3x/week at 33units each time. Bloodwork in 6 weeks. 🩸

@A581782A Good call. I’ll try it. I’ve got little Reta left and then Reta w Cag. So on the research sites, what’s it listed as?

@biotides With such a low dose it works just like Zepbound. You don’t get the glucagon benefits yet. I’ve been on 2.5mg of Zep for 5 months and my liver is now clean.

@A581782A Good points. Reta is my first GLP-1. I have a coworker taking it and it’s what put me onto it. I’m using it for fatty liver. I’ve read it’s real good for that. I will try Tirz eventually.

People swear eating healthy costs too much and then wonder why they can’t lose weight. This cost less than eating out for a day and removes all the guesswork. Everyone needs to be prepping their food in some capacity.

My routine if I had to lose 5kgs in 12 weeks: Creatine. 35 gm in breakfast. 10,000 steps daily. 120g protein minimum. 7 hours of sleep minimum. Tons of water. Protein, potatoes, & veggies for every meal. Fruit, protein shakes, and greek yogurt for snacks. Lift 4x per week So f*cking simple.

@doctormorphh Also if you know a source of good needles with filters for ampoules, please let me know. I heard larger gauge for pulling liquid with filter, then take off filter and needle and replace with a smaller needle for IM pinning. I need the whole set. Please let me know.

Im excited to try out actovegin, which is now on its way and is something that i will be using to heal from a nagging ache i have in my shoulder/chest. Actovegin is a purified calfs blood extract that has several hundred bioactive compounds that: > Enhance tissue regeneration > Improve glucose oxidation > Have neuroprotective properties > Enhance nerve healing > Improve blood flow And this is just the basic shit. The hundreds of compounds inside of this concoction each have several benefits which likely stacks the list of benefits up to somewhere around a thousand. Lets see creatine do that.

@TaraBull Retatrutide has good benefits for fatty liver disease. The balance will be using responsibly. Some will. Some won’t.

Hollywood's going crazy with Ozempic. A diabetes drug that's now their favorite way to drop massive weight. Now it's spreading everywhere. Doctors prescribe it for regular weight loss. Social media is full of before and afters and diabetes patients now face shortages.

@Austen Both can be true: 1) People clean up diet and use glp-1s as a tool to get healthier and either microdose or not need them again. 2) People eat less but still eat bad. New glp-1 comes out. They rush to use that one as it has new ingredients or blocks different receptors.

“GLP-1s help you lose weight but you only keep the weight off if you keep taking the GLP-1.” They’ve created a “be skinny” subscription. Absolute dream business model. They’re going to make infinity dollars.

@A581782A @ManOnThePen Low dose has less side effects. It’s also the new kid on the block. Many take low doses and achieve great results. I’m not the only one. At 9mg, your pyramid will take a long time. Throw in the fact you will most likely have side effects. Why not clean up diet and use less?

@biotides @ManOnThePen The 3rd agonist doesn’t work till 9mg> so what’s the point of taking 1.5? Low dose Zep is safer and will achieve the same goals.

Don’t get me wrong, I think retatrutide is/will be a blockbuster. I’ve been talking about it for almost 4 years. No one has been more hyped about it for longer. I just happen to think tirzepatide will ultimately serve more patients.

Really? I’ve been off Adderall for a little over 2 weeks (to test Semax by itself), but I still feel like I perform much better physically and mentally on it. But I mean, it is a stimulant, so of course. I have 20mg XR, split it in half, and it’s a beautiful synergy when combined with Semax. But Semax by itself does not give me nearly the same benefits or focus. What’s your experience now off it?
