𝐍𝐨 𝐟𝐮𝐞𝐥 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚! Petroleum Minister Shri Hardeep Singh Puri just dropped a big reassurance: "India has 60 days of crude oil and LNG and 45 days of LPG reserves." Despite global tensions, there’s no shortage. PM Modi’s call to save fuel isn’t a panic. It’s a smart reminder to cut unnecessary use. 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚’𝐬 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝! ⛽️

@CMOTamilnadu @TVKVijayHQ Since 2019 to now India has become a net importer of Copper, from net exporter. The new government must find a sustainable way to make copper in India, and also restore thousands of jobs at the plant that was shut.

How does the Chief Minister of Maharashtra swapping a car convoy with a motorbike convoy really help? A little bit of mileage difference is all? The CM lives near Napeansea Road and had to go to Vidhan Bhawan today. If he really wanted to set an example, he could have taken the BEST bus from Napeansea Road and walked a few meters to reach his destination. But if he had, then his government's apathy towards BEST would have been completely exposed. Thanks to the severely reduced fleet, he would have had to wait at the bus stop until a bus arrived and then like all ordinary Mumbaikars, he would have had to place his safety in the hands of an ill-trained wet lease bus driver. It is clear all this austerity talk is just a mere photo op and nothing else. If the CM and his cabinet were serious, they would address serious issues facing public transport and walkability in Mumbai today. But with this government, everything is about reel worthy content. #Austerity #MotorbikeConvoy #FuelCrisis

Amid global uncertainties and the evolving West Asia situation, Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi’s call to save fuel and adopt Electric Vehicles reflects India’s commitment towards energy security, reduced dependence on fossil fuels, lower oil import bills and a sustainable future for all. The Ministry of Heavy Industries is accelerating India’s clean mobility transition through the PM E-DRIVE Scheme by supporting the adoption of Electric Vehicles (EVs) across multiple segments, including e-two wheelers (e-2Ws), e-three wheelers (e-rickshaws, e-carts and L5 category), e-ambulances and e-trucks, along with the development of EV charging infrastructure nationwide. The Ministry is also implementing transformative initiatives such as the PLI Auto Scheme, PLI ACC Scheme, Payment Security Mechanism and the Scheme to Promote Manufacturing of Sintered Rare Earth Permanent Magnets to strengthen domestic manufacturing, support critical minerals and EV supply chains, and accelerate clean mobility adoption across the country. These initiatives are boosting EV manufacturing, expanding charging infrastructure, promoting clean transportation and advancing the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat while contributing towards lower emissions, reduced oil import dependence and supporting the nation’s Net Zero target by 2070. #ElectricVehicles #PMEDRIVE #CleanMobility #GreenMobility #EnergySecurity #AtmanirbharBharat #SustainableIndia #MakeInIndia #MHI #SaveFuel @PMOIndia @hd_kumaraswamy @BjpVarma @MIB_India @PIB_India @mygovindia

Union Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji, has approved the Ahmedabad (Sarkhej)–Dholera Semi High-Speed Double Line project, adding around 134 km to the Indian Railways network. With an estimated cost of ₹20,667 crore and a target completion by 2030–31, this will be Indian Railways’ first semi high-speed corridor built using indigenously developed technology. The project will enhance connectivity between Ahmedabad, Dholera Special Investment Region, the upcoming Dholera International Airport, and the Lothal National Maritime Heritage Complex—enabling faster travel, seamless daily commuting, and boosting regional economic growth. #CabinetDecisions

What if the coolest place in a city wasn’t a mall or café, but the street outside your home? Paris is trying to make that happen. To fight rising temperatures and climate change, the city is transforming thousands of parking spaces into shaded green zones called “oasis squares” and planting over 170,000 trees across public spaces. The idea is simple: more trees, less trapped heat. Studies and city plans show trees can cool neighbourhoods naturally by reducing heat absorption and improving air quality. Now imagine this in Indian cities, where summers are getting harsher every year. Should every Indian city have a minimum tree-cover policy for roads, markets, bus stops, schools, and public spaces? Tell us in the comments below! #Paris #UrbanHeat #ClimateAction #SustainableCities #TreeCover [Paris climate plan, urban heat solution]

Those celebrating what they perceive to be a difficult situation for 1.4 billion Indians and the nation’s energy sector should introspect. While damaging their credibility, the panic, fear and rumour mongering they have consistently indulged in, will only take them this far and no further! There is no crisis in India. PM Sh @narendramodi Ji has only advised the citizens to moderate energy consumption to prevent any fiscal strain on the economy, not because we had issues with energy supplies! It was a word of caution and prudence. One can understand their desperation but those opposing India’s confident journey ahead should do some homework, and understand the issues before jumping in celebration. While crude prices have nearly doubled globally, impacting even the most developed economies, India has held petrol and diesel prices with continued fuel availability across more than 1 lakh retail outlets and uninterrupted LPG supply to 33.5 crore households. For now, our OMCs are bearing losses of ₹1,000 crore per day and have been able to insulate the energy consumers from impact of global volatility. We have taken strong measures to turn this challenge into an opportunity. India has diversified crude sourcing from 27 countries in 2006-07 to 41 countries today and is ensuring uninterrupted supplies from routes that are not impacted by the geopolitical situation. We strategically hold enough energy for 74 days, and continue to further expand our capacity. All these are signs of a robust economy, not one in any difficulty! #CIIAnnualBusinessSummit26 #CII4India

Vehicles with fancy name plates like “मुळशीकर”, “बकासुर १३५९”, “ALHAT” and even just “3663” in large fonts are being spotted at different locations across Pune instead of official registration numbers. As per traffic rules, all vehicles are required to display valid registration numbers issued by the transport department. The visuals are now circulating online, with many people questioning whether any action will be taken against such vehicle owners openly violating traffic norms. #PuneTraffic #NumberPlate #TrafficRules #PuneNews #Punetimesmirror

RTO Must Be So Proud: Car With ‘KARPE’ Plate Seen on Pune Roads A car with a fancy number plate carrying only the word “KARPE” instead of an official registration number was spotted on the old Pune-Mumbai highway near Nashik Phata, leaving commuters shocked and amused. While common citizens are fined for even minor traffic violations, vehicles with customised plates continue to roam freely on city roads. The incident has once again raised questions about traffic rule enforcement and whether the same rules apply equally to everyone. #Pune #TrafficRules #NashikPhata #RoadSafety #Punetimesmirror
