You can do way more damage, and lose way more progress, in 3 days of bad eating than you can in one day of terrible eating. When you have a catastrophic day, the first order of business is making sure it’s the only one. Don’t try to “make up for it.” Keep activity high, crush your lifts with the extra energy, and you’ll drop the water off within a week. If you aren’t patient, or aware that the VAST majority of the weight is only water, the mind games can easily make things spiral. It looks far worse than it is.

Lurking below the surface in the equatorial Pacific is possibly the most impressive blob of above average ocean temperatures we've ever recorded since we've had the ability to measure this stuff. When that enormous concentration of bath water reaches the surface over the coming weeks and months, it's going to release devastating consequences around the globe throughout the second half of the year. Get ready for severe droughts in parts of South America, Africa, and Australia, devastating monsoons in southern China, and a roaring southern jet all winter long in North America. When you combine this with the fertilizer crisis bubbling as a byproduct of current global events, there's going to be crop failure on a level most of us have never seen during the closing months of 2026. Hard to see how we avoid widespread deadly famines across multiple stretches of the planet at this point.

Let’s do a fun thought experiment. Timmy has never used anabolics. He has lifted for 1 year naturally, tracked his food and lifts the whole time, and made excellent gains in terms of strength and size. His goal physique is prime hulk hogan. Timmy decides he’s going to run his first cycle. He decides to proceed with 300mg testosterone and 2iu gh per 250mg of testosterone going forward. Timmy tolerates it well, checks blood work after 6 weeks, and that, as well as blood pressure are ideal. Timmy decides to incrementally ramp up to 750mg testosterone (weekly) and 6iu gh (daily) over the course of the year, checking bloodwork at each increase and monitoring blood pressure. At one of the dose increases, Timmy ran into some moderate blood pressure elevation and has since been on 40mg telmisartan. BP is now perfect, but only with the telmisartan. Timmy eats a balanced, high protein diet, does moderate intensity cardio 4x per week, lifts 5x per week, but he can only sleep about 5 hours per night due to work. Is this a protocol that fits Timmy? Is it a good idea? Is it a bad idea? Not enough info? I’m not looking for right answers, just what you guys think and your reasoning.
