taking a break from S and A tier vendors on the list. my first B entry and one of the newest operations on this page. @blankpeptides - you may have seen them on X. their brutalistic black and white branding that is honestly pretty cool big fan of marketable stuff. ~3 months old... whois registered domain March of 2026.
Theres a lot of people that claim to know stuff about Blank and think they have the inside scoop... well I decided to chat with the owner via video call and he walked me through everything... straight from the horses mouth and provided the evidence to back up his claims.
after our conversation he decided for full transparency he will be changing his claim from USA made to USA finished because the API like all API comes from China. But it is indeed finished in the US and I saw the contract he had with the lab that finishes it. that and the coas from freedom check out.
Its a new operation thats just starting out and getting its footing, but the owner has legit experience in the TRT/Med Spa industry which is where the B2C claim was coming from.
Strengths are: cool branding and legit API finisher in the states... not many vendors have this. An operation that appears legitimate and owner seems genuine; not scammy.
Weaknesses: newest vendor on this list, doesnt have a solid moat yet, in the startup phase, and low established customer base. Trying to figure things out...

Transparency is everything, and the conversation was well appreciated.
Will make a longer post on this later, but as many people are aware every single API is outsourced and manufacturers overseas, primarily in china. These facilities are FDA-registered and inspected, that’s not the problem.
The problem is where that api is vialed, and the source traceability of it. This is where many vendors fall short, sourcing from middlemen which source from several different overseas labs with no oversight.
We are vialed, finished, tested, and shipped in the US.
Blank as a brand is new, it is my personal baby and creation. But we have been in the B2B peptide industry for several years.
New only means hungrier, with more to prove.

This is true coz most clinics right now buy from the research peptides places.
Find yourself a website what tests their products well and have something good setup in your country.
Like when i was in US, i went to a site's research lab. They were importing everything from China but the tests were extensive and they were doing the separation and lyophilization in US.
Everything is from China right now, coz it's fucking cheap but there are labs that are making is safer for the users.
Find those labs instead of playing Russian roulette with the direct Chinese labs.

Retatrutide phase 3 obesity trial just came out and the results are genuinely insane:
- 28.3% bodyweight lost on 12mg over 80 weeks
- 70.3 pounds on avg. or 31.9 kg
- 45.3% of patients hit 30%+ weight loss (this is bariatric surgery territory)
- 30.3% weight loss (85 lbs) at 104 weeks in higher-BMI patients
- 65.3% of 12mg patients dropped below the obesity BMI threshold
- 19% loss on 4mg over 80 weeks (47.2 lbs) with fewer dropouts than placebo (4.1% vs 4.9%)
- significant drops in blood pressure, triglycerides, non-HDL cholesterol, waist circumference, and hsCRP
- no cardiac or liver signals
Retatrutide is going to completely overshadow tirzepatide and semaglutide, and take the throne as the best-selling drug of all time.

This post is by no means an analysis on the quality standards of any of these vendors. Data collection efforts on this were pretty tough as there was quite a bit of self promotion and affiliate reviews. So with that being said, there is probably a better way to run this analysis, feel free to do your own analysis (especially if you are a more tech savy person).
Also, bare in mind this captures a snapshot of the market and is limited to my account reach. Better analysis could be done for sure, but I think overall, it highlights some vendors with several happy customers that we can look at for a good starting point for deeper analysis later on.
