@DoPTGoI Sir Our service condition isbeing changed based on parivartan sanghosthi dominated by Engineering GMs due to age advantage and majority were engineers and there was no proposal of IRMS. Then how based on this sangosthi we IRTS/IRPS/IRAS will be merged with engineering service.
