@Mbi_ti_ Training changes scope, depth, responsibility, and career progression. By that logic, nobody should ever advance beyond their original cadre because “they can just keep learning where they are.” Yet medicine itself is built on progression through additional training.

@Mbi_ti_ I disagree. If a transition ever happens, it wouldn’t mean people are being let loose with the same old training. The whole point of transitioning is adding more education, more clinical exposure, and more competencies. Healthcare evolves everywhere through bridging and upgrading

The idea of Transitioning BSC clinical medicine is tragic. It's a too good, but dangerous. If that ever happen's the next thing will be, complaints here and there,and unwarranted prejudice e.g "Get me a proper doctor, not this one with clinical med degree"

@Esther776894900 It’s not hate, it’s perspective. MBChB isn’t just two extra years, it’s broader training and greater responsibility. The system rewards functionality, yes, but when cases get complex, depth of training matters.
