@PKhibiya It was one image and wasn’t even that bad. When nearly every birthday and official art, is drawn by different people there’s going to be one that’s mediocre eventually. Last years one was great and we even got a new one for her reunion.

@Goofy_D_Luffy I agree but egghead had the disadvantage of being surrounded by brightly lit environments whilst wano climax was basically all at night. Wouldn’t say it’s a huge downgrade as people seem to have a selective memory of wano tbh

6 ep into elbaf & Already finished Egghead, I can conclude that Both is upgrade in terms of direction & animation from wano. But.... Huge downgrade in terms of The colors & Comp . Its not even fking close

Rewatched my favourite Mob episode and one of my all time favourite episodes in TV The sheer creativity, the psychological elements and the FEELING it manages to display in the best way imaginable will never not impress me Go's direction and boards are on another league

The background art in Elbaph is easily my favourite out of all the arcs so far. Easily surpassed my expectations

This scenery is going to be so beautiful next episode

@Krolliox @pewpiece What? They’re doing 1 chapter per episode so they’re doing all of chapter 1133. The preview is obviously not gonna show the main part of the episode

@pewpiece Half the episode will be flashback of Ohara, and the episode ends just when she makes it to the beach, then the week after that is the reunion.

The manga has its pacing problems too if we’re being honest, the anime just makes it way more noticeable in comparison

@SurgeonofDepth I prefer the first chapter for the beginning but I do like that the anime had Luffy vs Alvida on a pirate ship rather than on land. Wouldn’t be surprised if the remake also has it at sea since we already saw the concept art of Kaya’s room on the second floor compared to manga

@MichaelTems @IUDS27 better decision that extremly slowing down episodes , filler arcs would be very natural to op of them just exploring new islands after the end of a canon arc. Would some cool adventure time and give the manga more time to keep a healthy distance so that the pcing for the actual

Toei pacing has always been so ass man. Be it Dragon ball or one piece, such an unserious studio ffs.

@somewapsongs @YUNGJEFF No a remake is when it’s completely reanimated like the wit studio version coming out. A remaster is taking existing episodes and just doing some art and animation corrections and editing episodes like dragon ball kai

@bob69148 @YUNGJEFF i would say it is a remake because it cuts 50 eps down to 20. a remaster would just be better graphics like the remaster of east blue netflix has done.

@somewapsongs @YUNGJEFF It’s not a remake, it’s a remaster and I agree about using for after return to saobaody but the last few episodes of it are still incredibly rushed

@YUNGJEFF are you gonna watch the remake of fishman island? or just stick with original. if you go with remake i’d highly suggest sticking with the original at least for return to sabaody, after that i’d probs recommend the remake for fmi
