@CA_EDD What about no payments paid for the last four months even though someone has applied, been approved and certified every time-and has not yet received ANY benefit payments?

@AmazonHelp Not true. I was able to change the address for one of the two items that was ordered at the same time. That item has already shipped. Item that I was told that couldn't be changed/canceled was still in the "ordered' process and not even being prepared for shipping-8 hours later!

@AmazonHelp That is not correct. You do have some time to change the shipping address. I was able to do that with one of the other items I ordered at the same time as I ordered this product.

@AmazonHelp Ordered 2 items. When I received confirmation realized they were going to the wrong address. Immediately went in to change the address but received a message that the address for the 2nd item couldn’t be changed or canceled. Less then 3 minutes had passed since placing order!
