@SamsungSupport HELLLLOOO. Who am I supposed to talk to to get my issue resolved about the S Pen Pro? I’ve messaged several times and each time I was ensured it would be resolved. Surprise to no one, it hasn’t been resolved. I’ve had this issue for several months.

@SamsungMobileUS I recently bought a Samsung S8 Ultra tablet (traded in a perfectly good iPad Pro) thinking I’d benefit more with this new device. Three months out and my S Pen is ALREADY broken. Completely unacceptable and costing me some freelance gigs. Do better.
