Thinking of how the elements can collapse/compounded to create a new reality, elements allow us to hear with our noses or hear colours, this means we should be able to create things entirely by just understanding how to mix the elements and we have all of them in our body already

start by speaking to your body, speak healing into your body, gently guide your body back to safety. start small then build up. start by simply organizing your personal space, stretch your body, take a walk, be out side. your body needs to see movement as something easy to do.
