@zachskolnick So cool. I’m working on a development project on a landmarks designated building in SoHo, Manhattan. Not the easiest working with NYC’s Landmarks Commission but I feel like Kingston’s heritage approvals are even stricter!

Turning an old oil storage building into luxury rentals. RSC 3 yrs in the making & state of this site before acq. was bad. Full roof & chimney collapse, partial wall collapses, some windowsills were toast. A structural headache getting to where we are today, but trusses are up!
