@HeathrowAirport I flew from Heathrow on 17th June and I'm still without my luggage. I've contacted the baggage service at my destination's airport - despite their efforts, they've received no communication from Heathrow at all. When are you going to fix this??

@TicketmasterUK I've still not had a reply about an issue I have with a refund - someone refunded my whole order instead of just one ticket. Now I have no tickets for a concert I've waited 2 years for. Is there anyway I can speak to someone??
