The fastest weight loss people talk about is usually not the healthiest.

Protein keeps you full and protects muscle. Even just adding eggs, chicken, beans, and yogurt helps a lot.
4. Simple calorie deficit not starving
Eating slightly less, not skipping food all day. Fast weight loss usually comes from consistency, not suffering.
5. Sleeping properly
Bad sleep makes your body hold onto weight like it’s survival mode.
The fastest I’ve seen people lose:
About 2–4 kg in the first 2 weeks, mostly from water weight and reduced bloating.
Anything faster than that is usually dehydration or unhealthy restriction.
