DA Robert Nash in the ChudTheBuilder case reportedly told the judge that “Dalton’s abuse of First Amendment privileges is what got us into this mess in the first place.” The First Amendment isn't a Privilege. It's an inalienable fundamental right inherent to all individuals that cannot be surrendered or transferred.

If the prosecutor references Dalton's social media and past posts, that opens the door to "character evidence" of both sides. That would include Fox's military service and criminal record.

I pulled every murder and attempted murder case from Montgomery County's public court records under DA Robert Nash. 16 cases. Not one exceeded $250,000 bail. Nash never requested no bond for any of them. Then Dalton Eatherly was charged with attempted murder where nobody died, in self defense, Nash requested complete detention, and the judge set bail at $1,250,000. Every case number is verifiable. The data is below.

The view will go from "two citizens fighting" to "Thank goodness Dalton made it out alive against a trained killer."

It is relevant if Dalton was aware because it plays into his perception at the time he was deciding to use deadly force or not. If Dalton was aware, then using deadly force is more understandable. If Dalton wasnt aware then how could it influence his decision to use deadly force?

A military service-member knows how to behave and is held to a higher expectation of conduct. This is certainly unbecoming conduct of a US soldier.

@TooWhiteToTweet @TooWhiteToTweet Dalton made a terrible mistake when he said that he shot the guy in defense. Never say you "shot someone", even in defense. Only say you did what was "necessary to end the immediate threat on your life." You don't have any obligation to explain further.

The First Amendment is fake. The Second Amendment is fake. First Amendment organizations are fake. Second Amendment organizations are fake. A Black guy verbally threatened a White guy, then physically attacked him. The White guy shot him, and now the White guy is up on attempted murder charges. Everyone is justifying the attack on the White guy based on words he said at times and places other than that of the scene where he was attacked and defended himself with a firearm. Not a single First or Second Amendment organization has offered support for the White victim of Black violence and anti-White prosecutorial and judicial malfeasance. White people are regularly persecuted for both speech and self defense. The government that's supposed to secure our rights violates them, and the private institutions that promise to defend our rights are nowhere to be found when they're needed most. Anti-White anarcho-tyranny rules the day. Our continued lack of coherent organization allows it to do so unchecked.
