It's Friday, dress down day and drinks after work!

Still can't quite get used to seeing this hanging up at home when he brings it back from work

7 months ago I started a new eating plan and still stick to it. I barely have milk chocolate anymore. What I do have is one square of dark chocolate every night and suck it to death. I actually prefer it now to the milk stuff. I've turned into a weirdo, haven't I?

I've always said, or bragged even, that curries don't affect me the following day. But I had a vindaloo Monday tonight, then the leftovers for lunch yesterday and that, along with flu meds have absolutely devastated my arsehole.

@clumsyoaf33 I just stick to Aldi as rather conveniently I live just a 2 minute walk away. I find meat is really pricey now too and even the price of chocolate is ridiculous.
