Fans of other clubs are simply told afterwards: “Yes, the officials got it wrong.” If major decisions that influence a title race are later admitted to be incorrect, then supporters of clubs like Hearts have every right to ask serious questions about sporting integrity and who the real champions should have been. How many times are Scottish football fans expected to accept “mistakes” with no accountability, no transparency, and no consequences? So, the SFA have now admitted that in the crucial last week of the season, Celtic got a penalty vs Motherwell that they shouldn't have, and Hearts didn't get one that they should have. Official: refs stole the league from Hearts. That should calm everyone down.
