@cantonmeow Does the MSTR/IBIT show the same behavior/resistances? I assume it does but just curious.

$MSTR's outperformance against #Bitcoin over the last 6 months is likely to take a break here, as the $MSTR / #Bitcoin ratio is facing monthly Ichimoku Tenkan resistance.

@PunterJeff Huh. How did they get around the “rule” or whatever it is at NASDAQ(?) that made it so dividends could only be declared every 10 days or something? Just by saying the dividend is declared per month, but then broken up?

@dannydiggler81 @StockSavvyShay The overall policy allowing H200 sales dates back to January, but the specific approvals for these specific companies is new…hence the stock price movement.

$NVDA gained ~$150B overnight on H200 approval for China. China is the world’s #2 compute market, home to a massive share of AI researchers and many of the top open-source models which is why Nvidia access is HUGE. Compute is the new oil of the AI economy.

U.S. officials have reportedly approved around 10 Chinese firms to buy $NVDA H200 chips. Approved buyers include $BABA, $JD, Tencent and ByteDance with Lenovo and Foxconn approved as distributors.

@0xDawny @BitcoinArchive No, he’s literally saying he doesn’t move markets. People keep saying he’s propping up btc. Just like he has always said his ATM sales also doesn’t move the price.

MICHAEL SAYLOR: If Strategy's Bitcoin buys/sells move the price: "We have announced we are going to buy $42B of $BTC, the market goes nowhere." "We have literally bought $200M an hour, the price does not move up." "We have bought 200M an hour for 4 hours, turn it off and the price trades up." "The market has its own dynamic. We are definitely not driving the price."

@benz145 I think understand what you mean. It’s like the animation alternates between unnaturally fast and unnaturally slow in between movements. It makes fight scenes seem “bouncy” to me.

@cantonmeow That's actually pretty surprising that march 2020 isn't on that list. The market circuit breakers were tripped 4 times in less than 2 weeks. It seemed like everyone was running for the hills during that time.

@Teslarati This is the correct reponse imo. It hesitates in case one of those cars in front decides to move into the turn lane. When you are sure they aren't moving then proceed. This is exactly how I would've handled it.

🚨 This is one of those things I hope FSD improves with It’s okay to touch the yellow line; the hesitation it seems to portray here is understandable considering traffic laws, but it should just go around and get into the turning lane, especially if there’s no hazards around

@_Adrian Perhaps this was never disclosed but does Strategy immediately buy BTC after selling STRC shares or do they buy at the end of the day/next day/end of week using OTC? I'm assuming that if it's immediate it's spot but if it's not then I'm guessing OTC. Or maybe I'm completely off.

There is some confusion around the $BTC purchase this week. Yes the $STRC raise lines up almost exactly with the $BTC purchase amount. Leaving the $144M $MSTR raise (we assume) for dividends. That said I try not to assume or state anything that's not explicitly noted in the 8-K. The filing says the $BTC purchases were made using proceeds from the ATM program in general, but doesn't earmark specific dollars from $STRC vs. $MSTR. Straight from the actual April 6, 2026 8-K language: "(1) The bitcoin purchases were made using proceeds from the sale of shares under Strategy's ATM." Once cash is on hand, nothing says this dollar must go to “X” while that dollar to $BTC. The SEC filing keeps it aggregated on purpose.

For STRC to hit 5% there would have to be consistent massive demand for STRC that it keeps it pegged above 100 for an extended duration. Even at that rate it would take over 2 years to get there from this point (unless SOFR drops too) as max adjustments of 25 basis points per month. The mechanisms that keep it pegged at 100 make extreme cases of 5% or even 15% highly unlikely imo. It's built for stability.

The hype around $STRC feels a lot like the launch of a new memecoin. Its success highlights a simple reality: most people don’t want Bitcoin. They want yield, safety, and guarantees even in a world where guarantees don’t exist.

So many grifters on here peddling their stock "programs" but debate their thesis and get blocked...lol. A warning to anyone willing to fork over hundreds or thousands of dollars to their system which somehow only wins...they don't necessarily know more than you. And they certainly don't have a crystal ball.

I am well versed in the MSTR thesis for many years which is why I'm clearly aware of your lacking knowledge of their strategy. Your current and previous posts are littered with fallacies which can easily be uncovered with some research. There are many reasons to hold both. As MSTR is more volatile (by design) to BTC and lack the properties of BTC why wouldn't one hold both? I'm guessing you believe in high leverage which is what you are suggesting here. I've followed you for about a year now for your trading philosophies but your investing philosophies if that's what you're going for still needs work.

Not sure if you're just baiting but Saylor bought that BTC before his company could approve their BTC strategy. The majority of his wealth is still tied to the company stock. He's pretty much all in on both. Not sure why there's all of a sudden a vendetta against saylor during this bear market but his company is the most transparent I've seen. There's no hidden agenda. Their website literally shows their financials and strategy more clearly than any other public company.

Here's why $MSTR's Bitcoin purchase price is higher than the average spot price last week. 1) The $89.5 million was raised at $145.12 per share which means they raised the capital on Monday because MSTR traded below this for the rest of the week. 2) They then deployed this capital on the same Monday. The ~$78,815 per Bitcoin price is within the range of what Bitcoin was trading at on 02/02/26. It is likely they didn't sell any stock or buy Bitcoin after this date. Not everything is a conspiracy.

@ZeroHedge_ Always enjoy your posts but I don't think you understand how MSTR actually funds it's BTC purchases. I hope you're also not on the clown car claiming he will be liquidated if it drops at so and so price because that would be disappointing if you fell for that fud as well.
