@Eric_the_baker Now cool the supersaturated honey water and mix with the tea/vodka in concentration that appeals to you (some like it strong at 50/50 but most like it a little sweeter at 60% honey water or higher.

@Eric_the_baker Sure! It’s not too difficult at all. Get a decent vodka of your liking. Steep a nice loose leaf earl grey in it (do not let it steep too long. Just enough to get a nice tea color going!). Now mix honey and water and heat it up to supersaturate the sugar into the water. 1/2

@GoldenLassoGirl Imprecise temperature leads to sub-optimal tea brewing if you’re buying nice tea. Every type of tea has a specific temp for ideal conditions.
