@greateranglia Still stuck on 656 from Rye House. One hour to go one station!!! This is not good and to claim compensation is still as painful as you have to jump through hoops especially as i use contact less. Not a happy Monday here!!!!!

@TfL@greateranglia. Day 3 of my working week and yet again the card readers are not working at Rye House!!!!!!! Overcharged x 3. Very very disappointed. Cant get through on the telephone number. How many others are being affected?
@TfL@greateranglia. Yet again passengers at Rye House are being overcharged for their journey as the card readers are not working!! I have literally tried everything to sort the problem and I am not sure what to do now!!!!!!!!!
@TfL And it's the end of day one and I have been charged maximum fare again as the readers (which everyone has reported as being faulty) are not working. I dont know what to do anymore
@TfL I do believe I have exhausted all my options! Yet again card readers at Rye House (GA) train station aren't working & us hundreds of passengers are being overcharged every day & unable to claim back as its exceeds the amount of times you can claim back for incomplete travel
@greateranglia.yet again you have taken the full fare for my journey from rye house. I can't claim as I have reached the maximum at TFL. You really need to sort out the machines. How many others are you overcharging ?

@greateranglia why are the two next trains to hertford east cancelled please? Stuck at Broxbourne with no train until 628!!!! That means I'm waiting 40 mins to go one stop down the line
