@AmericanAir the first rep I spoke with didn’t even know what he was doing (hence my second call). The girl I spoke with said everything was good and said CARGO pet. But she put my pet as carry on instead, which my dog is to big to do

@AmericanAir I called twice to confirm my pet can fly via cargo pet. Only to be told at check in desk that I COULD NOT. Bags packed and ready, and my pet can’t fly with us. Now I have to waste MORE money to come back for her later. Y’all suck
