Yes, bread is not the only culprit. But IMO, the rise in diabetes is largely driven by carbs being everywhere in the modern diet. Fast food is basically a refined-carb delivery system: bread, fries or pasta, soda, sauces, processed flour, sugar everywhere. At the same time, people eat less quality protein. I believe that bread is a bad habit we got used to treating as normal.

@BullBoss5 @RadicalFalk Your list shows no causation. German bread consumption has slightly declined. The real trend is towards highly processed fast food, ready meals, and street food. More single people, less home-cooked food, and the food culture of migrants have contributed to this development.

@BullBoss5 @RadicalFalk German bread isnt your hyperprocessed American Wonder Bread. It relies on ancient grains like spelt Dinkel Kamut rye and heritage wheat far less hybridized than US dwarf varieties. Slow fermented with fiber and nutrients it has far lower glycemic impact.

@censorshipctrl @RadicalFalk What's millennia compared to millions of years of evolution? Besides, the cereals of the past have nothing to do with today's cereals. Modern wheat has been heavily modified, refined, and processed, and starch is still basically sugar once digested.

@BullBoss5 @RadicalFalk 🌾 Not all carbohydrates have the same effect. Real bread has been eaten for millennia and its effects differ from those of pure sugar.

@RadicalFalk 100g of bread contains around 50g of carbs, and starch is basically chains of glucose. In practice, when you eat bread you're eating glorified sugar, a lot of it.

@TedLogan1010 Because that's how our consciousness works. When artists draw from the wellspring of inspiration, they often conjure up significant events from the future. It is unconsciously a form of precognition or remote viewing.

@TheOfficial_FFG Here is the location you were looking for. This text is by Gottfried von Werdenberg (1994). Other European seers, such as Alois Irlmaier, and saints, such as Padre Pio, also mention the devastation and the three days of darkness during the coming war.

“The Sky Goes Dark” — Remote Viewer Just Warned of a Global Nuclear Event Remote Viewer Dick Allgire was tasked to look at a coming global catastrophe. What came back is alarming: "...a big energy event, like a big pressure blast wave. Overpressure so strong that birds 30 miles away are startled. Rumbling, boom, crash, and burn." "...the term 22,000 rads came to mind. A huge crater. Burnt skeletons of trucks. A dead zone. Everything gone, vaporized. Concentric rings of devastation." "...moving into a city. It’s daytime, but the sky is really gray. Full of particulate. You can't see the sun. Something is really blacking out the sky." "...a war and an exchange of weaponry, but also like an asteroid or supervolcano. Competing disasters all at the same time. A cosmic disaster in a time of war."

@machine_elf_ @World_Insights1 Correct, according to the Destatis microcensus, the proportion of the population without a migration background (“autochthonous”/white German population in the narrower sense) in 2024 was around 69.6% (57.6 million out of 82.8 million).

🚨🇯🇵🔥 The Japanese society is heading to an unknown destiny, they're about to pass point of no return soon. This video has been going viral on Japanese social media. It shows Yashio a city in Saitama Prefecture which has seen a large influx of Pakistanis in recent years. Japan’s legendary cleanliness is collapsing in Pakistani-heavy areas of Saitama. Garbage mountains, rats, stench — footage we’ve never seen here before. Increased immigration is literally dirtying the entire country. Local Japanese resident @Yuki_Sugaya_ has documented everything with video footage showing scenes we have literally NEVER seen before in their country. Japan was always world-famous for its pristine streets, perfect public order, and cultural obsession with cleanliness. That reputation wasn’t an accident — it was the result of centuries of shared values and strict social norms. But since immigration numbers surged, that entire layer of Japanese society is being damaged. One neighborhood after another is now showing the same filth, disorder, and cultural clash that locals warned about. This isn’t “diversity” — it’s the visible erosion of the very things that make Japan Japan.

The number of Syrians in Germany is shrinking. Not because they are leaving. Because they are naturalized en masse. They are becoming "Germans". This is a demographic crime. It will turn Germany into a failed state.
