Soriano is crazy lol. But all the others you said + Yamamoto, sale, degrom, woo, Gilbert, crochet, skubal, and Ohtani are definitely better, and good cases could be made for cease, Kirby, wheeler, fried, framber, Cole, and Webb. So definitely not top 5 or top 10, and probably not even top 15. Cubs wouldn’t even do Wiggins for Ryan straight up. Just Shaw + Alcantara for Ryan would be interesting, I still don’t think the Cubs would do it but I wouldn’t mind it personally

Random question. Is there a certain age you are forced to retire at? I’m at age 78 on my “impossible” difficulty file. For some reason I thought I had read you have to retire at 80 if you make it there, but my contract says 4 years left. Just curious if at 80, I will be forced to retire or if the file can just go on indefinitely and I could just be coaching at 150 years old (I like the idea of being forced to retire at 80, so just curious)

Nah it’s not even about it being Michigan. I would have the same reaction no matter what school it was. Obviously if Michigan State was doing this and winning I’d be very excited, but I think my excitement would die off quick knowing what’s happening to the sport I love. I’m an MSU fan, but I’m also a college basketball fan. Just hate to see it going in this direction with no end in sight, regardless of what teams are benefiting/hurting from it.
