Replace the tension within us with holy peace. Replace the noise within us with sacred silence. Replace the turbulence within us with heavenly calm. Replace the anxiety within us with quiet confidence in You. Replace the fear within us with unshakable faith. Replace the bitterness within us with the sweetness of Your grace. Replace the darkness within us with Your gentle light. Replace the coldness within us with the warmth of divine love. Replace the weakness within us with the strength of Your Spirit. Replace the emptiness within us with the fullness of Your presence. Replace the night within us with the dawn of hope. Replace the winter within us with the spring of new life. Straighten what is crooked within us. Heal what is wounded within us. Cleanse what is impure within us. Soften what has become hardened within us. Humble the pride within us. Awaken the holiness sleeping within us. Light the fire of charity in our hearts. Quench every sinful desire that pulls us away from You. Teach us to love what is holy. Teach us to desire Heaven above all things. Let us see ourselves as You see us, that we may finally see You more clearly, love You more deeply, and follow You more faithfully every day. Come, Holy Spirit, and never leave us unchanged. Amen.

(Cardenal Jean Verdier 1864-1940). FE y más FE. Buenos días, Dios y María Santísima los bendigan copiosamente. Una muy bendecida semana para todos.

HEALING PRAYER ATTRIBUTED TO SAINT PADRE PIO Heavenly Father, I thank You for loving me. I thank You for sending Your Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, into the world to save me and set me free. I trust in Your power and grace, which sustain and restore me. Loving Father, touch me now with Your healing hands, for I believe that it is Your will for me to be well in mind, body, soul, and spirit. Cover me with the Most Precious Blood of Your Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, from the top of my head to the soles of my feet. Cast out anything that should not be in me. Root out every unhealthy and abnormal cell. Open any blocked arteries or veins, and rebuild and replenish every damaged area. Remove all inflammation and cleanse every infection by the power of Jesus’ Precious Blood. Let the fire of Your healing love pass through my entire body to heal and renew every diseased area, so that my body may function the way You created it to function. Touch also my mind and my emotions, even the deepest recesses of my heart. Saturate my entire being with Your presence, love, joy, and peace, and draw me ever closer to You every moment of my life. Father, fill me with Your Holy Spirit and empower me to do Your works, so that my life may bring glory and honor to Your Holy Name. I ask this through the Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen 🙏

"If the devil can't make you bad, he will make you busy. No time for the Church. No time for Holy Mass. No time for devotions. No time for prayers. No time for God." Not everything that pulls you away from God is obviously sinful. Sometimes it’s just constant busyness. You fill your day with good or neutral things, but little by little, prayer gets pushed out. Mass feels optional. Time with God becomes “when I have time”… but that time never comes. Jesus says, “Seek first the kingdom of God” (Matthew 6:33). That means God is not supposed to fit into your schedule. He is the center of it. The saints lived this. They were busy people, but they guarded time for prayer like their life depended on it, because it does. Busyness can quietly starve your soul. You can look productive on the outside and still be spiritually empty inside. That’s the danger. Not that you’re doing bad things, but that you’re slowly drifting from what matters most. Ask yourself this... if someone looked at your daily schedule, would they clearly see that God comes first?
