@RenderMeRight @mtrantalainen @FlipFluids here is what it looks like in the file. This is very basic but already allow to randomizer size. Next is to randomize size of bubbles depending on depth as suggested by someone. Will be easy with geonode position node.

@cimetsys @mtrantalainen @FlipFluids If you instance your whitewater particles with Geonodes you can have up to 1,000% more whitewater, and also enable a slight random size.

@cimetsys @FlipFluids Hi i tried loading your file after i press spacebar play timeline but no water wave moving only one wavemaker moving or because I don't have any addon? Do you have a tutorial? I am a beginner in 3D world.

@cimetsys @FlipFluids That's really good! The only thing I think should be fixed is that nearly all the bubbles under the water seem to have identical size. In real world, the air bubbles under the water surface have more or less random size.

@bradyajohnston Tips and tricks : If you do import multiple pdb and reuse the geometry nodes + shader , you need to specify once again the name of the color attributes in the geo node output. This was the issue I had with the coloring of my PDB. :-)
