Legitimately very true.
Modern Australian cuisine is unbelievable. The coffee culture is world leading and when our family arrive back from overseas trips, we absolutely crave a local flat white. Nothing beats it.
Our rock oysters, local seafood, Australian wine, Australian Beef are all at an amazing standard globally. Many friends from overseas always say how fresh our local produce is, but they love the blend of European and Asian cuisine in Australia restaurants.

It's probably the most basic human experience since we started building houses. In great Roman cities the Insulae, their apartments didn't have kitchen due to the fire risk. Instead there was a restaurant on the first floor where everyone grabbed their food.
