@Instacart Hi guys! I'm not sure how any company can call this type of service acceptable! I'm tweeting you at 6:59 p.m. and the shopper is only half through my shopping list! I have a registered account with you that I pay every month and this is the type of service I get?
@instacart your app is a fkn POS. Get notified of an order and accept it, 3 seconds later, it says batch no longer available. How tf is that even possible

Here’s my rant for the night: @Instacart shoppers should have to pass some kind of competency test 😂 2 hours late, cold and frozen items ruined, and instead of putting the groceries on the porch like a normal person, they stacked them in the driveway… in the rain… in front of the garage. Thankfully Instacart refunded it, but damn … do people just not care anymore? Well, that $25 tip just became $8. Better than nothing, unlike the $110 worth of frozen and cold food that now has to be thrown away. 🤦♂️
@GeminiApp @OpenTable @canva @Instacart That's funny because it now has zero of my apps after bad customer service. By turning on a meter you've made people have to keep watching what we use. That is really bad for a company who supposedly values customers.
