And just like the NFA taxes that were removed from SBR’s and suppressors by the Big Beautiful Bill, why are these items being registered if there are no taxes? According to the Supreme Court in a ruling from 1937, the NFA is only constitutional because Congress has the legal authority to levy taxes, and the NFA registry is a registration not of the firearms, but of taxes paid. So if the tax on everything covered under the NFA is $0…there is no constitutionally allowable reason for the NFA to exist. The Supreme Court must strike down the NFA.

Her family and friends launched a search in Greene County based on information from an electronic device and discovered her body on Saturday. Randall Lendell Dejourney, 44, has been charged with abuse of a corpse and booked into Tuscaloosa County Jail on $15,000 bond. Foul play is suspected and the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit is continuing to investigate; an autopsy is pending to establish cause and manner of death. Hollis had a medical condition that impaired her judgment. Her sister Brandy said the family is devastated and struggling to eat or sleep.

The arrest warrant is ALWAYS going to be slanted against the defendant. I was charged with a FELONY harassment charge in Missouri last year for calling out steak n shake in Branson for employing a pedo, and they charged me with a felony because they claimed I went in there to cause the owner "emotional distress" and stood "unreasonably close" to scare her despite the video showing I largely ignored her 😂. I did plea to a misdemeanor peace disturbance but the point is, they'll say a bunch of shit and overcharge to get you on something. True or not.

Breaking: Arrest Warrant claims that during the verbal altercation, it was Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder, that reached for his firearm BEFORE the physical altercation ensued! This, in my opinion, suggests that Joshua Fox, the shooting victim, went after Dalton to try to keep from being shot, not that he attacked and Dalton shot in self-defense. Hence why the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office charged Dalton with the felonies instead of clearing him of self-defense.
