Sparrow Hospital in Lansing has had an extraordinary number of medical staff volunteer to come in to work tonight. So many that they have now told their team members that no additional help is needed at this time.

Reminder to anyone listening to scanners to find out what’s going on at MSU right now: Scanner traffic is notoriously inaccurate and misleading. Police/dispatch are relaying what they’ve heard, not what’s true. There will be a lot of incorrect information over the scanner.

No matter how many times, the sick feeling never goes away.
