@SchmeatPacking @midrangejumpr2 @conorduval @JON_GUERRA9 "Unstoppable" Lost at home in the first playoff game with his 2nd INT of the game to end it Completed less than 61% of his passes for the 3rd time in 5 regular seasons Hasn't had a playoff game in which he completed more than 61.5% of his passes & not thrown an INT

Lot of rhetoric surrounding Stroud going into 2026. The talk has gotten silly due to recency bias due to the playoff games. We've forgiven Trevor Lawrence's 4-INT playoff half due to time. Stroud makes NFL throws & will continue to grow 1 of my favorite Stroud throws from 2025
JaysonBraddock@JaysonBraddock

This is just sick! SF brings 6 - Defensive lineman is only a yard away from Stroud with arm up & in passing lane - Stroud throws around him, to space & on the hands of Hutch to hit in stride for catch & run 10 out of 10 YAC throw 🎯

Transcendent QBs These QBs can carry a bad team to the playoffs. They can transcend a bad coaching staff. They probably can’t do both, and they definitely can’t drag them to a championship without crazy luck. They are the best we have these days. Drake Maye is the most valuable QB in football and it really isn’t close. Josh Allen might be better, but I doubt it. Maye is also about 7 years younger, dozens of millions of dollars cheaper, and is just starting to blossom into what he is going to become. Last year he showed exactly why he fits in this category, but not the Generational tier YET. He dragged a bad Patriots roster to a great record (albeit against weaker competition) and then struggled to drag a bad supporting cast to production against great defenses. That being said, no one would have had much success against some of the best defenses in the league with a bad OL, bad WRs, and bad running game. Maye was the true MVP in 2025 and you’d be a fool not to take him first overall if the NFL rebooted with a fantasy draft. Baker Mayfield is the second most valuable, even if he isn’t necessarily the 2nd best. That said, he is a lot closer to QB2 than most of you are thinking. Hear me out. Baker has proven extreme offensive versatility. He’s played in literally every kind of offense, spanning 9 OCs. Baker dragged a BAD Browns offense to the brink of the AFC Championship when his WR1, Rashard Higgins, fumbled out of the end zone for a touchback to effectively end the game. He isn’t generational though because we saw him fail to carry a bad Panthers roster with bad coaching to success. He did run show with the Rams’ backups in LA, and has been carrying Todd Bowles to the playoffs consistently in Tampa. Baker is very clearly a top 4 QB when healthy, and he is paid a LOT less than basically every other veteran franchise QB. Still, I can’t say I feel strongly about picking him over the next two guys, either. Justin Herbert is a little younger and a little cheaper than Josh Allen with damn near all the physical talent and way more brains. He has consistently carried a bad OL and bad WRs to the playoffs despite even worse coaching/playcalling. Justin Herbert’s only real issue is that he can’t stay healthy and his team has been beyond inept in the playoffs. Now that he has Mike McDaniel, a good OL, and some decent WRs, he has a chance to show us what he’s really made of and jump up to the generational tier. He has all the arm talent AND athleticism. Josh Allen may be the best QB in the NFL, but he is paid like it and he just turned 30. We know he can carry a bad roster into the playoffs and then some, but he hasn’t gotten over the hump. The only thing holding him back is his reckless mindset and just-ok mental traits. He is probably the most talented QB I’ve ever seen. As I already said—there’s no real difference between Allen, Herbert, and Mayfield to me in terms of value. They’re all similarly aged with cannon arms and mobility. Baker is just short, but it doesn’t seem to matter.

I tiered QBs based on who I'd want to start a franchise with RIGHT NOW. Contract value, age, & opportunity cost are all factors. E.g., Drake Maye is the most valuable QB. Josh Allen might even be a little better, but Maye is YOUNG & CHEAP. And probably better. Explanations👇

@jagibbs_23 @FantasyPtsData It really was I just remember being mad at number 3 for dropping this and it was literally less than an inch from being caught the defender just stuck his hand in at the perfect moment.

Something that stood out rewatching Jacksonville’s season was tons of drops… it was not only BTJ. So I checked the data… Trevor Lawrence led the NFL in dropped receiving yardage in 2025 (source: @FantasyPtsData)
Jacob Gibbs@jagibbs_23

I finished my 2025 Jacksonville Jaguars deep dive (10 games) Liam Coen cooked. Trevor Lawrence also played phenomenally. Extremely encouraged that his transformation can be sustainable… room for even more growth (rhythm/timing-based, mostly) in 2026.

Thanks to everyone for their prayers and support, I’m a complete mess, he still hasn’t shown up. A friend came late last night and took over so I could sleep, he searched a three block radius. I went out again early this morning and searched until the sun came up. Nothing.

Bear escaped when my roommate left the door open this morning, I’ve been searching the neighborhood for three hours and I can’t find him anywhere. Please pray for his safe return, I’m losing my mind I’m so worried idk what I’m gonna do if I can’t find him.

Just an arrogant, arrogant organization. Very smug and dead wrong. The Travis Hunter trade was among the worst I've ever seen. To follow that up with this year's abomination -- the Jaguars are setting themselves up to get absolutely dunked on.

“Why do we spend 11 months preparing for the draft? Why do we watch 1000+ college football games? Why do we do any of it? Because obviously the consensus guys in their basements have all the answers 🙄” -Tony Boselli on 1010XL in this morning 😂😂😂 love him

The extension for #Texans LB Azeez Al-Shaair is a three-year, $54 million deal, sources tell @RapSheet and me. Close to the top of the linebacker market in a deal done ahead of what would’ve been a contract year for Al-Shaair.

@LombardiHimself Saying people don’t talk about draft rounds after the draft is wrong though unless this is a culture change. All your hear about is how Puka and tom Brady was drafted day 3. Also first round picks gave a lot more pressure on them.

Way to many people in this fan base is shitting on Gladstone which is crazy coming from a fanbase that hasn't experienced a season like we just had since the earl 2000s. Now that I don't have to defend Trevor anymore I guess I will take up defending James. Which is ridiculous I have to do that.

@TFG_Football It’s literally the opposite process tho? Baalke drafted guys with a ton of upside athletics but little production. Gladstone is drafting guys with production over athletic traits.

The thing I don't get about Jags fans defending their process is that it's literally what Trent Baalke did and we're just over a year removed from every Jags account on this app having the clown face on it. This process, over time, consistency leads to bad drafts.
Jordan de Lugo@jordandelugo

Some common refrains I’ve heard in response to the Jaguars draft - arrogant - ignoring consensus I don’t think there is anything arrogant about an org establishing an extremely well thought out and collaborative process for scouting and evaluating talent and people …
