Idk dude when I lived in China it was super normal to eat out for lots of meals, to the point my apartment didn't even have a functioning fridge or freezer. I literally could get dinner for $0.75. My fav breakfast was baozi for like $0.50.

Many Gen Z Americans think they should get to go for lunch and dinner at a restaurant *every day*, something no generation in any country has ever done, and if they can't afford it it's politicians' fault for crashing the economy somehow. Social media standards cooked us.

Hasn't even been a year and Zohran's governance is having a massive impact on my family. Our daycare was able to open a 15-seat 3K program because of the 2,000 extra seats the admin funded. Everyone we know got in somewhere they wanted. This is gonna save us almost 50 grand.

I'm no local politics expert but the result yesterday still does not make me sanguine about someone running against Cherelle Parker. Still worth doing I think, but she strikes me as tougher and smarter than Street and Stanford put together.
