@Juanesrroel @OmioGlobal @OmioSupport I’m going to stop using Omio from now on. Only use to check the price comparison and buy straight from the provider. Any cancellation can direct refund but not from Omio. They will send robot to answer nonsense.

@CelcomDigi, it's been a month since I requested my fiber internet relocation. I can't use my internet, yet you're still charging me. Your issue with the port with TM is not my problem, and I shouldn't be charged for it. @idhamnawawi please do something about this.

This is unfair to me since this is not my problem. It’s their unresolved issue with TM but they keep charging me for the service that I cannot use due to their problem. Just terminate my internet and waive my penalty @CelcomDigi

I don't know what your policy is on investigating falsely resolved complaints, but you should take this matter seriously as they keep closing my complaint multiple times.
